Monday morning at 7:45 AM in the PHS Counseling conference room, there are probably going to be quite a few more people than normal, and most of them will be newcomers to what’s going on. For this reason, we won’t have a set agenda, but here are just a few of the topics we’re going to go over:
- Volunteer coordinator position
- The VC keeps track of all the people in our organization, who’s doing what, who has done what, etc.
- What are people interested in doing?
- What we need done as an organization
- Any general questions
- Get contact info (e-mail, phone)
- Next board meeting
Minutes and any activities will get posted Monday afternoon.
